We have implemented a ticket system that makes handling tasks easier for you as a customer and at the same time raises the information level. This means that when you write to helpdesk@itema.dk with a problem, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your problem. When the task is assigned to a consultant, the consultant will contact you by updating your ticket or calling you.
