As something new, ITEMA introduces the "Free Support Agreement" FSA, where you as a customer can get free support on the computers, Macs or PCs covered by the FSA. You only pay DKK 500,- per month per computer and the employee can call and get all the help needed.

  10. Microsoft 365 password reset
  11. Microsoft 365 user info updates
  12. Setting up Microsoft 365 mail backup***
  13. Customizing the Microsoft 365 spam filter
  14. Continuous antivirus checks on clients
  15. Computer health check
  16. Handling warranty cases on hardware
  17. Resetting your computer

Tasks not included in the FSA but not limited to:

  1. Setting up SharePoint sites
  2. Setting up Intune and Group Policies
  3. Power app development and setupsetting up flows

  6. Setting up, updating and troubleshooting server environments
  7. Setting up hardware that requires onsite presence
  8. Setting up a computer for new employees

Mileage is invoiced according to the state tariffs from ITEMA to the customer and back for the equivalent of half a consulting hour.
