As something new, ITEMA introduces the "Free Support Agreement" FSA, where you as a customer can get free support on the computers, Macs or PCs covered by the FSA. You only pay DKK 500,- per month per computer and the employee can call and get all the help needed.

- Continuous antivirus checks on clients
- Computer health check
- Handling warranty cases on hardware
- Resetting your computer

- Setting up SharePoint sites
- Setting up Intune and Group Policies

Mileage is invoiced according to the state tariffs from ITEMA to the customer and back for the equivalent of half a consulting hour.
